Register your eligible Global Power product within 90 days of purchase for an additional year of warranty, subject to the applicable warranty policy.

Online registration is not available yet. To register, email rachel@globalpower.org within 90 days of purchase with the details below.
Keep GP’s written confirmation of your registration. The extension takes effect after GP confirms registration.
Include in your email
- Full name, email address and country/region. Phone number is optional.
- Product category (Battery, Inverter or MINI ESS), exact model and serial number. If you are registering more than one product, list the serial number of each unit.
- Purchase date, purchase channel (where you bought it) and order number.
- Proof of purchase: attach your invoice or receipt (PDF, JPG or PNG).
