SMS Terms of Service

Global Power Group LLC (“we”, “us”) sends text messages in two separate programmes:

• Order notifications — messages about an order you have placed with us (section 2).
• Marketing messages — offers and product news, only if you opt in (section 3).

Opting out of one programme does not opt you out of the other.

When you place an order with us and give a phone number with that order, we may text that number about the order: a confirmation that we have received it, an invitation to reply with your email address so we can send you the product’s owner’s manual, and updates about its shipment. Replying with your email address is optional.

These messages come from (855) 573-6516. We typically send one to three messages per order. We never use this programme for promotions or advertising.

If you opt in, we may send you promotional offers, new product announcements, and updates about our inverters, batteries and energy storage systems. You join by ticking the text-message box on our contact form and giving us a mobile number. Ticking that box is optional and consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder, or have the account holder’s permission, to sign up.

By opting in you agree to receive marketing text messages at the number you gave us, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialling system. Message frequency varies; we do not send on a fixed schedule.

We do not charge for the messages themselves, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Any charges come from your carrier, not from us. Contact your carrier if you are unsure what your plan covers.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages from that number. You will get one confirmation message and then no further texts from it.

You can rejoin marketing messages at any time by opting in again on our contact form.

Delivery is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we cannot control network coverage, device settings, or carrier filtering.

We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above, and we do not sell it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only so they can send them on our behalf. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
